Kubernetes setup with Helm
This Helm chart bootstraps a deployment on a Kubernetes cluster using the package manager.
Prerequisites
- Kubernetes 1.12+
- Helm 3.1.0
- PV provisioner support in the underlying infrastructure
- ReadWriteMany volumes for deployment scaling
Installing the Chart
To install the chart with the release name historian-demo
:
git clone https://github.com/Hurence/historian-helm.git
cd historian-helm
helm install historian-demo .
These commands deploy Historian stack on the Kubernetes cluster in the default configuration. The parameters section lists the parameters that can be configured during installation.
Tip: List all releases using helm list
Remove your helm installation
Be aware that all Persistent Volume and Claims will remain bound if you don’t remove them explicitly. That’s can be handy if you simply want to stop all your workloads without trashing all the data to save some resources while don’t using them.
helm uninstall historian-demo
